OUR SERVICES

Full-Service Package

A full planning package is an all-encompassing wedding planning service provided by a professional wedding planner, perfect for couples seeking assistance with every aspect of their wedding planning process. This package typically includes services such as budget planning, venue selection, vendor management, design and decor planning, room layout, timeline creation, ceremony rehearsal, and day-of coordination. Essentially, the wedding planner takes care of all the details, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on your special day, leaving you stress-free to enjoy the journey.

Partial Planning

Our partial package includes one or more consultation sessions to discuss your wedding vision, budget, and preferences. The planner will also help assist with booking the additional vendors not booked yet, such as photographers, florists, and caterers, based on your budget and preferences. To ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule, they may create a timeline for your wedding day. The planner may also coordinate the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles and responsibilities for the wedding day. Finally, on the wedding day, the planner may oversee vendor set-up, manage the timeline, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Month of Coordination

To ensure a seamless wedding day, it's important for the day-of coordinator to meet with you beforehand and fully understand your vision for the event. This allows us to coordinate all vendor deliveries and load-out logistics, as well as the venue's certificate of insurance, before the big day. Additionally, we will schedule a one-hour ceremony rehearsal to ensure that everyone involved knows their roles and responsibilities for the big day.

On the day of your wedding, our team will be responsible for managing all vendors, ensuring they arrive on time and are set up to your specifications. We'll oversee the ceremony to make sure everyone is in place and that everything runs smoothly.

During the reception, we'll make sure guests are seated, speeches are made, and key events like the first dance happen on schedule. In case of unexpected weather or vendor mishaps, our coordinator will be prepared to handle any issues that arise.

To keep everything on track, we'll create and manage a detailed timeline for the wedding day, ensuring a flawless event.
